Hi there!

I just wanted to (as personally as possible) thank you for taking the time to visit my portfolio website! Hopefully you have enjoyed looking at "a little bit" of what I have been doing as an interior design student at LSU.

As any design major would know, most of my college career has been spent up in studio working until the early morning, making my facebook friends well aware of what most sunrises look like on campus. So that's the funny thing about calling my portfolio "a little bit" of my life; as you can probably guess, these assignments and all-nighters have become a major part of my experience at LSU.

But you can't exactly describe a college experience at LSU without a little "Geaux Tigers" and life in Baton Rouge can't ALWAYS revolve around school, so I'd like to fill you in on what I do in the little spare time that I have.

The Interior Design Student Organization (IDSO) has become a wonderful addition to my involvement in the interior design department, and the leadership roles I held reinforced responsibility and my organizational skills.

If you met me on campus tomorrow you would know from my oversized t-shirt that I am a proud member of Delta Delta Delta. Sorority life in itself can be consuming, but I am very proud of the way I have balanced work and play. These have been the best four years of my life, and I also managed to get wonderful grades and become incredibly confident in my future as an interior designer.

I hope this online portfolio and this short little welcome both allow you a peek into my personality, style and love of life! I am excited to join the professional world and can only hope it is half as amazing as college has been.

Thank you again for stopping by! - Alyssa
